1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 388fd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 388fd website, mobile interface, betting services, casino products, payment services, and any other features or content made available through the platform located at https://388fd.io.

By accessing the 388fd website, completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game offered on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of 388fd betting and casino services, you must complete the account registration process by providing the information requested on the registration form. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update that information promptly if it changes.

3.1 Required Information

During registration, you will be required to provide, at minimum, your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, a mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh, and a preferred password. Additional documentation may be required to verify your identity before your first withdrawal is processed.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

388fd operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in line with good industry practice. 3.3 Account Currency

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 388fd account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords or verification codes associated with your account.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

388fd accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum single deposit amount and any applicable daily or monthly deposit limits are displayed within your account settings and may vary depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed instantly and credited to your 388fd account balance in real time. Card deposits may be subject to processing times of up to 30 minutes depending on the issuing bank.

5.2 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used to fund the account (the "same-source" rule). This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and to protect all players. If you have made deposits using multiple methods, withdrawals will be prioritised to the method with the largest deposit total first.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

5.4 Refused Transactions

388fd reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit or withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, a chargeback risk, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, 388fd will notify you of the refusal and the reason where it is legally permissible to do so.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

388fd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual offer communicated at the time of the promotion.

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount (and, in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn. 7 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the 388fd platform are subject to the general betting rules set out below, as well as any sport-specific or market-specific rules communicated within the relevant betting market.

7.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is considered accepted and binding only when a bet confirmation reference number is displayed on-screen and credited to your bet history. 388fd reserves the right to refuse or void any bet that it has reasonable grounds to believe has been placed in error, in breach of these Terms, or following the occurrence of the event to which the bet relates.

7.2 Odds and Prices

Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change at any time prior to a bet being placed. The odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the time of acceptance. In-play odds fluctuate in real time and may be suspended at any point during the event at 388fd's discretion.

7.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by 388fd in circumstances including, but not limited to: the event being cancelled or abandoned before the minimum playing time required for settlement has been completed; a palpable error in odds pricing; evidence that the bet was placed using insider information or in connection with match-fixing; or a technical error on the platform. Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the player's account balance.

7.4 Settlement

Bets are settled on the basis of official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL matches, the ICC for international fixtures, FIFA for football events). Settlement will typically occur within two hours of the official result being confirmed. 388fd reserves the right to delay settlement where the result is subject to an official appeal or review.

8 Casino Game Rules

9 Prohibited Activities

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the 388fd platform without the express prior written consent of 388fd.

11 Limitation of Liability

12 Privacy and Data

14.2 Suspension or Closure by 388fd

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
